Frequently asked Questions
Yes, we are able to refund your ticket up to 30 days prior to the event. The refund excludes the booking fee. Equippers will not be able to issue a refund after the 30 days period, however you are able to transfer your ticket. If you would like to transfer your ticket, please email us at events@equippers.co.uk with the details of the person you wish to transfer your registration to.
No, food and refreshments are not included in the ticket cost, however there is a cafe at G Live selling a range of refreshments, snacks and meals. There are also many other cafes and restaurants within walking distance of G Live.
Yes, however we kindly ask that any food that has not been purchased from the G Live cafe to be consumed outside the venue.

Parent & Baby Area: A fully equipped area, with buggy storage, space to feed, change and
entertain babies and toddlers, with a TV showing a live feed of the sessions in the main
auditorium.
Spark: Ages 18 months and walking - 4 years old
Boom: Ages 5 - 9
Ignite: Ages 10 - 13 (they can also attend The Wild with an Ignite ticket)
The Wild: Ages 14 - 18
